  • The session is 1 hour long or longer depending on the situation and the number of questions asked

  • As part of InsMed’s commitment to provide UPenn members with the utmost service and value, the special discounted rate is $240/year, which is discounted from the standard rate of $279.
  • When it comes to the financial impact of loan repayment, it never hurts to get a second opinion on your current repayment strategy and the various options available to you
  • For those going into primary care, we can start looking at state and federal-sponsored repayment plans
  • For those who are in the contract negotiation phase, we can address possible employer sponsored options
  • For those who are not yet sure if they should refinance, we can also do a cost/benefit analysis of your loan repayment options
  • There is more to repayment than a low interest rate. You need to address the risk, retirement, and cash flow differences with each kind of loan
  • This is a service that is relevant for anyone regardless of where they are in the repayment process
  • Things change from year to year, whether it is income or family size. Both of those components impact your loan repayment options
  • Think of it as an annual check-up to make sure you have all of your ducks in a row regarding repayment
  • Invest 1 hour of your time now to make sure things are on the right track, or wait until later in your career only to find out you should have been doing things differently all along
  • This is an annual fee
  • There are no hidden fees – you can talk to us as much or as little as you would like during the year
  • We can definitely address their loans, as well. In fact, it is nearly impossible to evaluate your loans without analyzing your spouse’s, since repayment becomes very integrated. We need both pieces of the puzzle!
  • Married members will be asked to have both spouses sign up for the loan counseling service, and the fee for an annual engagement will increase to $400, which will cover both spouses.
  • This is due to the complexities of integrated two different loan
  • The counseling will be conducted by either Justin Kribs, MS, CFP® or Molly Rimes.
  • No, you will remain with your initial counselor unless you ask to be switched
  • In the event that you have questions regarding insurance coverage, you will be referred to the appropriate professional
  • It is possible to meet with the counselor in-person if they are in your area at the requested meeting time
  • Justin is located in Camus, WA, but has counseled people as far away as Japan
  • Molly is located in New York, New York, and can frequently be found around the East Coast
  • Both Justin and Molly travel, so don’t count an in-person meeting out of the equation
  • Justin and Molly are both open to virtual visits, as well
  • It’s easy! Just navigate up the webpage to our Calendlys, and select a meeting time that works for you with either Justin or Molly. This will be for an introductory call where we further discuss the process, and you decide if we are the right fit for your needs.
  • After that, just watch out for an email from either Justin or Molly

  • There are no hidden fees. We strongly believe in helping people address the questions that they have when they have them
  • While we can advise you on what to do with your loans, we cannot file paperwork on your behalf.
  • Yes! Just because your situation changes does not mean that you have to end your engagement with us. Please be advised that your fees may change when you are no longer affiliated with UPenn.
  • To ensure that our counselors remain healthy, we require all clients to be vaccinated for in-person meetings
  • Please note that Zoom meetings remain as an alternative to anyone unvaccinated requesting a meeting. We thank you for your understanding!
